Can I cancel my booking ?

Yes - please refer to our terms and conditions (T&C's).

Can I book for more than 8 passengers ?

Yes it is possible for us to cater for larger groups of more than 8 passengers. Book online for best prices.

How early do I need to book my taxi ?

We recommend you book your taxi as far as possible in advance ONLINE for the very best fares. Never just leave your transfer needs until you get to the airport - pre-book when you book your flights in order to save at least 20% and at a level that is well below the in-terminal taxi provider.

Are your prices per vehicle or per person?

Yes - please refer to our terms and conditions.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price you see is the price you pay.

Are you a licenced company?

Yes, Stansted Travel Services are regulated and licensed by Uttlesford District Council.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes, we can offer child booster seats only. We do not offer child seats for infants. At the time of booking please note the age of your child. We welcome passengers who wish to use their own child seats - we can store these for you until your return journey.

Do your drivers monitor flight arrival times for delays?

Yes, all of our drivers are trained to track and monitor flight arrival times. If a flight is delayed over 3 hours, in line with our T&Cs, we reserve the right to re-allocate a driver and/or cancel the transfer should the delay result in no definitive landing time.

Can I pay by card and do you levy c/c surcharges?

As from 13th January 2018 no company can levy surcharges for card payments for domestic related travel. We offer cash and 20% deposit payment via Pay Pal and we DO NOT levy any surcharges. (This latest EU requirement excludes business travel and those paying with business credit cards).

Do you send driver details after I/we have booked?

Yes, once you have completed the validation process, and normally a few days prior to the transfer (if applicable), you will be emailed more details on how you will be met at the airport. In addition, we will provide you details of the drivers name and contact mobile telephone number to ensure that communication between you and the driver once you arrive is as effective as possible.
